About The Position
Candidates must have successfully completed the selection process for the maintenance technician and pass the skill assessment for their field. The maintenance technician performs a wide variety of tasks related to the mechanical and electrical maintenance of the operation.
Requirements
- Successfully completed the selection process for the maintenance technician.
- Pass the skill assessment for their field.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical or electrical maintenance as required to maintain the operation.
- Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- Work on projects as scheduled or required to maintain the operation.
- Assist in training others.
- Participate in all audits: STOP Audits, GO Audits, internal audit, cross facility, management and third party registration audits.
- Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
- Ensure maintenance work meets required standards.
- Participate in required training and successfully complete required assessments or testing to verify understanding and knowledge.
- Work in a safe, efficient, effective and reasonable pace.
- Other duties as assigned.
