About The Position

FTAI Aviation is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to support the maintenance, calibration, and reliability of production equipment and facilities. In this role, you will perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on CNC machinery and complex electromechanical systems, troubleshoot electrical and PLC-controlled equipment, and ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with established standards. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. To support our operations, we are looking for candidates interested in evening or weekend shift opportunities. These schedules offer consistency and can provide added flexibility during the week. Evening shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:45 PM to midnight, offering long weekends every week Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, working 12-hour days. Weekend team members are paid for a full 40-hour work week, even though fewer hours are scheduled. Shift availability and preferences will be discussed during the recruitment process to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the team.

Requirements

Has completed recognized training or have equivalent experience in the trade
Ability to read and understand instructions in English
Has sufficient knowledge of materials and blueprint reading to accomplish assigned tasks
Display self-reliance and resourcefulness
Has a keen sense of innovation
Competent to perform all work of the trade in accordance with approved standards and documented instructions

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, ovens, and other production equipment and utilities
Perform routine machine maintenance
Respect assigned deadlines and due dates
Execute tasks as per established processes
Use appropriate tools, methods, techniques, and equipment to perform maintenance and select calibration tasks
Create detailed records of executed tasks in manual or electronic form
