About The Position

A day in this role You’ll be the go-to troubleshooter keeping production moving across mixers, extruders, PLC-driven systems, motors, conveyors, and packaging/packing lines. From a finicky sensor on a conveyor to a drive alarm on a mixer, you’ll diagnose, repair, and return equipment to service quickly and safely.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strength in controls and automation, paired with broad troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines.
• PLC Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Hydraulics Experience
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment
• Pneumatics Troubleshooting

Nice To Haves

• Background in food processing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues on food processing equipment, including mixers and extrusion machinery.
• Support PLC-controlled systems and automation components to resolve faults and improve reliability.
• Service motors, conveyors, and packaging/packing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise to complex problems.
