About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who takes pride in quality workmanship, has excellent troubleshooting skills, and is committed to keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

• Strong mechanical background in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with conveyor systems, bearings, rollers, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience working on heavy equipment.
• Experience maintaining and repairing tri-axle dump trucks.
• Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor belt systems.
• Replace and maintain bearings, rollers, pulleys, and related components.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify effective repair solutions.
• Inspect and repair heavy equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on tri-axle dump trucks.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
