About The Position

Join a growing fabrication operation where your skills keep everything running. We’re looking for a hands-on multi-craft maintenance technician to support both production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced sheet & plate environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical + electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC equipment or fabrication machinery
• Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Experience with managing maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, press brakes, lasers, and plasma cutters
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Support facility systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and keep production moving
