Skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics/Techs looking for an opportunity to work at a facility with collaborative culture servicing unique industrial machines that produce essential products. Experience in the packaging industry servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is a plus. Sound industrial electrical background and a track record of success trouble shooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls for 5+ years is required.

Requirements

Sound industrial electrical background.
Track record of success troubleshooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls for 5+ years.
Strong Industrial Electrical Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read electrical schematics.
Ability to install control boxes, relays, switches, electrical cabinets & circuit breakers.
Ability to troubleshoot, wire and repair complex and basic electrical issues on industrial machines.
Electronic wiring up to 480V.
Industrial mechanical experience.
5+ years' experience required.
HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the packaging industry servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders.
Experience working in the packaging industry on converting bag machines, flexographic presses or blown film extruders.
Electrical or mechanical technical training and/or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, to enable the production of products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
Troubleshooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls.
Reading electrical schematics.
Installing control boxes, relays, switches, electrical cabinets & circuit breakers.
Troubleshooting, wiring and repairing complex and basic electrical issues on industrial machines.
Assisting with maintenance needs on a rotational basis at a sister site within 150 miles of the Hartford WI facility (1-2 times per quarter).
