About The Position
BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team at a customer manufacturing facility in Wapakoneta, Ohio. This hands-on leadership role involves working alongside technicians, troubleshooting equipment, and helping keep production running smoothly while supporting and developing the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Nice To Haves
- Corrugated packaging or paper manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of industrial maintenance technicians.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate daily maintenance priorities to minimize downtime.
- Partner with customer leadership to improve equipment reliability.
- Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
