Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to work at a customer location in Henderson, Kentucky. The position focuses on minimizing equipment downtime and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective leadership and maintenance management. The supervisor leads industrial technicians, organizes maintenance work and parts inventory, supports corrugator production improvements, and serves as the primary customer contact for BHS equipment. The role also involves collaborating with plant management to meet production goals and discussing equipment downtime and maintenance programs.
Requirements
- At least five years of industrial maintenance experience, focused on electrical and mechanical interventions.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, PLC programming, and computer software.

- Previous exposure to corrugated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial technicians in carrying out timely and accurate preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain a safe work environment for the plant and technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for corrugator production.
- Schedule and organize onsite maintenance tasks and manage parts inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding BHS equipment.
- Collaborate with plant management to achieve production goals.
- Facilitate discussions about the causes of equipment downtime.
- Lead weekly meetings on the maintenance program.
