Requirements
- Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and production equipment.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, engines, pneumatic systems, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to identify equipment malfunctions.
- Repair and replace defective machine components using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Inspect equipment and machine parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
- Fabricate and install replacement parts when needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and communicate maintenance needs to production personnel.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Help maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and work effectively as part of the maintenance team.
