About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join the team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment, with a commitment to safety and efficiency and a focus on providing exceptional service to clients. The mechanic will work with field service teams across various job sites, communicate with clients about equipment needs, and maintain accurate work and materials records.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a similar role within an industrial setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety protocols and best practices.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with electrical systems; experience as an industrial electrician is a plus.
Experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications.
Use tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and scissor lifts.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
Fabricate components as needed to support machinery operations.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with field service teams across various job sites.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
