The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and responding effectively to breakdowns. Requirements
- Hydraulics, Electrical, and a strong engine background
- 2+ years industrial mechanic experience
- Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Welding/fabrication preferred
- Someone who likes to know how things work.
- You like to take initiative, ask why and figure out the true issue
- You take pride in your work and remain actively engaged in the environment
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain cranes, excavators, forklifts, shredders, other industrial equipment, as well as trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Handle preventive maintenance and inspections
- Respond to breakdowns and keep downtime low
- Track repairs and keep work areas safe
