About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a direct-hire manufacturing opportunity in Leominster, Massachusetts. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production and facility equipment. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with options for 6:00 AM-4:00 PM or 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, and includes mandatory overtime. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience REQUIRED
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills REQUIRED
Experience with electro-mechanical industrial equipment REQUIRED
Knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical concepts REQUIRED
Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams REQUIRED
High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with appropriate assistance REQUIRED
Ability to work the required schedule and mandatory overtime REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability.
Repair and replace mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform light plumbing and welding as needed.
Read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
Use drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools as needed.
Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when required.
Follow established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
