About The Position

Mister Car Wash is a rapidly growing company in the car wash industry, seeking skilled technicians to maintain their equipment. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of car wash sites. This role offers opportunities for skill development, ownership of work, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The schedule is flexible, with 5 days of work per week and any 2 days off besides Monday and Wednesday. The shift hours are from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and the starting pay is $26.00 per hour.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
Electrical experience, including exposure to 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, control wiring, and powered equipment.
Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire).

Nice To Haves

VFD and PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment performance.
Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
Travel within the assigned market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
Collaborate with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
Build strong relationships with teammates who rely on technical expertise.
Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations.
Utilize travel opportunities to gain exposure to new equipment, emerging technology, and best practices across multiple locations, accelerating technical growth and industry knowledge.
