About The Position

This role involves performing routine checks on heavy-duty equipment like chillers and boilers to prevent factory shutdowns, diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults, and safely managing refrigerants according to EPA regulations. Technicians will also repair or swap out worn parts such as compressors, electric motors, and valves, and strictly enforce safety rules like Lockout/Tagout to prevent injuries. We deliver exceptional customer experiences above all else. Precise Heating, Air & Electrical serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Arkansas, including Batesville, Jonesboro, and Northwest Arkansas. Our team performs hands-on diagnostic work, repairs, preventative maintenance, and full system installations across heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Technicians work on all major brands and equipment, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, tank and tankless water heaters, drainage and backflow systems, and a wide range of electrical installations and troubleshooting projects. Work is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and professionalism in the field.

Responsibilities

Perform routine checks on heavy-duty equipment like chillers and boilers to prevent factory shutdowns.
Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults on large equipment.
Recover, charge, and handle refrigerants safely according to strict EPA regulations.
Repair or swap out worn parts like compressors, electric motors, and valves.
