About The Position
Precise Heating, Air & Electrical serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Arkansas, including Batesville, Jones Jonesboro, and Northwest Arkansas. Our team performs hands-on diagnostic work, repairs, preventative maintenance, and full system installations across heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. Technicians work on all major brands and equipment, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, tank and tankless water heaters, drainage and backflow systems, and a wide range of electrical installations and troubleshooting projects. Work is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and professionalism in the field.

Responsibilities
- Assigns daily tasks, trains new workers, and handles performance reviews.
- Runs preventive maintenance programs to stop surprise machine breakdowns.
- Helps technicians find complex problems in big systems like chillers, boilers, and building controls.
- Enforces rules like OSHA guidelines and EPA laws for handling gases.
- Orders tools and parts so the team always has what they need.
