About The Position

This position involves responsibilities within the IG Logistics Department, consisting of procurement of required parts for customer orders and supplies to support the IG Assembly facility and provide interdepartmental technical support. The pay range is $22-$24 per hour. This is an onsite, 1st shift position.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions.
Possess strong overall office skills, including use of computers, their applications and other office equipment.
Must possess knowledge of Purchasing/Inventory functions.
Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of SAP/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and track inbound containers and airfreight.
Coordinate inbound containers and freight deliveries with freight forwarders.
Purchase Order (PO) creation - International.
Monitor open/late PO's.
Inform production planner/customer service of any late parts or shipments.
