About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations within its Navigation & Sensor Systems business. The technician will work closely with operations support staff to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This role contributes to the success of the organization by supporting manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and operations.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree.
Experience with industrial engineering tools, including time studies, work instructions, 5S, and root cause analysis.
Software skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Oracle ERP experience.
Experience leading factory-wide change management initiatives, such as configuration order updates, process improvements, and equipment or tooling changes.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.
