About The Position

The Industrial Engineering Coordinator is a key member of the Operations Engineering team, working with multiple cross-functional teams to help ensure projects and tasks are completed according to schedule. The role contributes to Process System Design, supporting manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics for existing projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in engineering technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects.
• Maintain accurate records of change notices and temporary deviations for Operations Engineering projects.
• Draft and maintain manufacturing-build-related documentation.
• Coordinate and support execution of key milestones for the Excellerate Process System Designs.
• Support project launch activities by assisting with preproduction build activities.
• Manage and drive open action-item lists with cross-functional team members.
• Verify and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) content after initial setup.
• Monitor project metrics around Key Process Indicators.
• Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
