About The Position

The Industrial Engineer – DC Performance & Reliability drives distribution center performance across an assigned portfolio of sites. Using WMS and MES data, the role diagnoses root causes, closes performance gaps, and advises Site General Managers and leadership teams on corrective actions to move DC performance toward network Best-in-Class targets. It also leads distribution center and production-flow infrastructure design to improve productivity and overall DC KPIs in support of company growth. The position partners with the Director of Insights & Business Metrics and the Supply Chain Engineering Project Manager to turn findings into sustained operational improvement. It maintains a hands-on onsite presence at assigned distribution centers, supports performance reviews and floor-level monitoring, and contributes to network expansion, new-site analysis and start-up, and cross-functional decision-making. The role influences site and corporate leaders through data and coaching rather than direct line authority. The employee’s conduct is expected to reflect Mastronardi Produce’s PRIDE values: Passion, Respect, Innovation, Drive, and Excellence.
