About The Position
The Industrial Engineer Rotation Program is designed for recent graduates to gain a comprehensive understanding of Louis Dreyfus Company's (LDC) dynamic business operations. Over a two-year period, associates will experience every operational position within an industrial facility, work with engineering experts, learn CapEx project planning and implementation, and enhance leadership skills through diverse team interactions. They will utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology on projects spanning Maintenance, Processing, Safety/Health/Environment, Quality, Operations, and Commercial areas. LDC invests in ambitious and proactive associates to develop future leaders.

- Geographic mobility is a core requirement of this program.
- Must be open to relocation.
