About The Position

The Industrial Engineer Rotation Program is designed for recent graduates, offering a comprehensive two-year immersion into Louis Dreyfus Company's (LDC) dynamic business operations. Associates will gain hands-on experience in every operational role within an industrial facility, working alongside engineering experts. The program focuses on learning the foundations of CapEx project planning and implementation, enhancing leadership skills through diverse team interaction, and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology on projects spanning Maintenance, Processing, Safety/Health/Environment, Quality, Operations, and Commercial areas. LDC aims to nurture and invest in ambitious associates to develop future leaders within the company.

Requirements

• Recent graduate
• Geographic mobility is a core requirement of this program.
• Must be open to relocation.
• Must be open to working in an industrial environment with potential hazards such as working at heights, stair climbing, confined spaces, varying temperatures, and grain dust.
• Must be willing to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment.
