About The Position

As a Robotics Engineer, the person will be executing project activities such as Plant Investigation, feasibility study, and Developmental Engineering. This includes interference-clearance analysis, weld spot distribution to all robots meeting cycle time, creation of problem tracking charts, and providing multiple solutions. The role also involves specification writing for equipment, robots, and processes, as well as conducting robots reach studies using robotic simulation for various weld, sealing, and handling processes. The engineer will provide engineering support for introducing new car models on a running line, production ramp-up for an existing line based on market demand, and line innovation/renovation. The position requires good project management and onsite-offshore coordination skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Robotics Engineer
• Knowledge about Weld, Paint and Final Assembly process
• Good project management skills
• Onsite-offshore coordination skills
• MUST know 3DX (Robotic Simulation)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge in Automotive BIW Manufacturing
• BIW Robotic Simulation in 3DX
• Problem solving and good analytical Skills
• Coordination with Customer and offshore team

Responsibilities
