About The Position

The Industrial Engineer optimizes complex systems, processes, and operations to maximize efficiency, reduce waste and improve productivity. Reporting directly to the Operations Site Lead the Industrial Engineer is a key part of the bridge between management and production, devising systems that integrate workers, machines, and material to deliver finished products to the customer.

Requirements

CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) simulation modeling and data analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills rooted in mathematics, probability, and statistics.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and supply chain management concepts.
Excellent project management, cross- departmental communication, and leadership capabilities.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors or Advance Degree in Engineering discipline.
Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Proficiency and ability to query ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft).
Tableau, MATLAB or equivalent statistical analysis software.

Responsibilities

Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
Conduct time and motion studies, staff surveys, and observations to establish labor standards and metrics.
Develop facility layouts and material handling system using software like AutoCAD and production simulation tools.
Design workstations that prioritize worker safety, comfort, and human-technology interaction.
Implement methodologies; Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and maintain quality control.
