Continuous Improvement Lead
About The Position
Plan and execute productivity improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the end-to-end value chain with primary focus around ISC functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting sustainable improvements. Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures with effective change management support using lean methodologies and tools. Apply Operational Excellence methods and tools to improve performance within assigned operational areas. Assess Operational Excellence maturity, support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, and maintain clear process and system documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with Vocational Education.
- Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

- Certified in Lean Six Sigma preferred
