About The Position

The Ryder Internship program gives students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to current Ryder projects. Interns develop a corporate business perspective by learning how departments contribute to the organization, while building problem-solving and public-speaking skills through business meetings and project participation. Responsibilities vary according to the assigned area or department. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled toward a degree.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills to support multiple projects.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors.
• Personal initiative and ability to present and interact effectively with management and customers.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and establish customer rapport.
• Intermediate PC skills, including Windows, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.

• Experience demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
