As part of our global manufacturing network, the Dexter facility supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The site is known for its collaborative culture, where engineering, operations, and quality teams partner closely to drive performance and deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As an Industrial Engineer II, you’ll play a key role in driving operational efficiency across the Dexter site. You will analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows, production layouts, and sequencing of operations to improve throughput, maximize equipment and labor utilization, and support a safe, high-performing environment. Leveraging data and structured problem-solving, you’ll conduct studies related to cost control, inventory optimization, and production systems, translating insights into actionable improvements. This role also partners closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, support facility planning and layout design, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance both operational performance and employee safety.
