Samsung Austin Semiconductor is a world leader in advanced semiconductor technology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commissioning of new electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with NEC, SAS, and industry standards. You will safely perform energized electrical work and complete QA/QC checks on schedule to avoid costly re-work. Additionally, you will conduct preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on relay controls, panels, and motor-control centers (24 VDC – 12.5 kVAC) to reduce MTTR and boost overall equipment effectiveness. You will also develop and author comprehensive policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines, coordinate installation timelines with contractors, and track progress, parts inventory, and repairs through the CMMS to keep retrofits, upgrades, and new builds on-budget and on-time.
