About The Position
Schumann Printers, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Industrial Electrician to work on offset web printing presses and supporting equipment (Heidelburg/Goss). The ideal candidate will be able to read electrical prints, use a multimeter for troubleshooting, and understand various voltage ranges. Experience with A/C and D/C power for motors and drives, as well as knowledge of Profibus technology, is required. Some experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus. The role also includes performing some mechanical preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Ability to read electrical prints.
- Proficiency in using a multimeter for troubleshooting.
- Experience with A/C and D/C power for motors and drives.
- Knowledge of Profibus technology and application.
