About The Position

This role is for an Industrial Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting electrical systems and seeing the immediate impact of their work on a safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping equipment running and proactively preventing issues. This is a hands-on role within a skilled maintenance team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently, supporting critical processes that make a real impact on the communities served.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience (or relevant apprenticeship experience)
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including varying shifts if needed

Nice To Haves

• Technical or trade school training in electrical systems preferred
• Experience with PLCs or automated control systems
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation or process controls
• Electrical license or progress toward certification

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime and support continuous plant operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, control systems, instrumentation, and plant electrical infrastructure
• Install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with codes, standards, and specifications
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability
• Support a strong safety culture by following all electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance requirements
