About The Position

Mittera is seeking a skilled electrician to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems on the production floor, including established and evolving systems and legacy equipment. The role supports reliable, efficient production and requires adapting to emerging issues and changing business priorities. Relocation assistance may be available to qualified candidates depending on experience and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good knowledge of electronic diagnostics for PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.
• State Electrical license, technical certificate, or at least 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills; excellent communication and ability to multitask.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and OSHA laws.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and upgrade electrical systems and legacy production equipment.
• Anticipate problems and implement appropriate preventive measures.
• Develop new techniques for work processes.

• Plan, prioritize, and follow through on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and OSHA laws.
