About The Position

Mittera is seeking a skilled electrician to troubleshoot complex problems, maintain reliable production operations, and support electrical systems on the production floor. The role involves working with established and evolving electrical systems, troubleshooting and upgrading legacy equipment, and helping keep production efficient. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Good knowledge of electronic diagnostics for PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.
State electrical license, technical certificate, or a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to function professionally under stressful circumstances.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and upgrade electrical systems and legacy production equipment.
Help keep production operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Anticipate problems and implement appropriate preventative measures.
Develop new techniques for work processes.
Respond to emerging issues and reprioritize work based on business conditions.
Plan, prioritize, and follow through on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and OSHA laws.
