Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience-preferably in manufacturing.
Proven abilities in control wiring such as running conduit, pulling wire, and building or modifying panels.
Expertise in troubleshooting 480V/3-phase systems, motor controls, VFDs, and PLC I/O.
Ability to effectively use tools like multimeters.
A strong capacity to interpret and update control schematics.
Experience in welding, fabrication, and proficiency with shop tools.
Flexibility to work any shift.
Stamina to lift 50+ lbs and navigate confined spaces.
A technical diploma, journeyman card, or equivalent experience is necessary.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs and robotics maintenance.
Allen-Bradley PLC (ControlLogix/CompactLogix) troubleshooting & minor edits
Robotics maintenance
Predictive tools
NFPA 70E qualified

Responsibilities

Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, such as bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance of our production equipment.
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, VFDs, and PLC I/O.
Installing and modifying control wiring across a range of voltages.
Reading and red-lining electrical schematics and control drawings.
Welding and fabricating as needed.
Responding swiftly to breakdowns and documenting your work in our CMMS to minimize downtime.
Adhering strictly to LOTO, arc flash, and NFPA 70E safety standards.
