Requirements

Skilled problem-solver with exceptional multi-craft millwright expertise.
Advanced technical abilities across multiple trades, including electrical and mechanical skills.
5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with electrical (480V, 3-phase), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other manufacturing or packaging systems.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspection protocols, and repair procedures.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for system layouts and repair.
High level of computer literacy, including the ability to utilize digital tools and technologies.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tube mills, roll formers, and/or robotics is a plus.
Completion of a technical training program in trades such as electrician and/or mechanic, Fanuc Robots, Automation / motion controls is a plus.

Responsibilities
