Requirements

5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with electrical (480V, 3-phase), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other manufacturing or packaging systems.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspection protocols, and repair procedures.
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
High level of computer literacy.
Strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Multi-craft millwright expertise.
Experience with tube mills, roll formers, and/or robotics.
Completion of a technical training program in trades such as electrician and/or mechanic, Fanuc Robots, Automation / motion controls.
