This role requires experience in installing, aligning, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery, along with strong leadership skills, blueprint reading proficiency and excellent communication. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with electrical (480V, 3-phase), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other manufacturing or packaging systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspection protocols, and repair procedures.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-craft millwright expertise.
  • Experience with tube mills, roll formers, and/or robotics.
  • Completion of a technical training program in trades such as electrician and/or mechanic, Fanuc Robots, Automation / motion controls.

Responsibilities
