About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Industrial Cleaners and Warehouse Techs in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The roles involve cleaning industrial and warehouse spaces, maintaining janitorial equipment, handling waste and recyclable materials, and operating specialized equipment as needed. Responsibilities

Clean industrial and warehouse flooring by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors.
Dust and wipe office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, and blinds.
Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops, appliances, tables, chairs, and floors.
Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other waste from designated gaylords and bins.
Properly label, dilute, and use available cleaning chemicals.
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
Report irregularities and inform policy violators to help prevent losses and damage.
Follow and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures as needed.
Identify and implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
