Responsibilities

Clean flooring by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in industrial, warehouse, and other designated areas.
Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors.
Dust and wipe office furniture, equipment, baseboards, windows, and blinds.
Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops, appliances, tables, chairs, and floors.
Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and other receptacles and replace liners.
Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other waste from designated gaylords and bins.
Properly label, dilute, and use cleaning chemicals.
Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers, and waste compactors.
Report irregularities and inform violators of policies and procedures to help prevent losses and damage.
Follow and enforce Sizemore’s and client policies and procedures as needed.
Identify and implement projects to improve business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
