Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or technical role is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team setting.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • PLC Programming Experience
  • Pneumatics Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Execute routine preventive maintenance and perform repairs on equipment and facility machinery.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to identify root causes.
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes and elevate overall efficiency.
  • Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to expand your technical skill set.
  • Support fellow technicians and staff as needed to meet operational goals.
