About The Position

This is a supplemental contract position for the Winter Sports season, specifically for the Indoor Track Girls Head Coach at Penn Wood HS for the 2026-2027 school year. The position runs from November to February. Coaches are expected to provide regular updates to the Athletic Director and administrator(s) via a Weekly Athletic Practice Plan, which includes a schedule of activities, student attendance numbers, and signatures for each attending student per session. Rosters for attendance may accompany the activity tracker. Supplemental contracts will be paid within three weeks of notification from the building administrator that all responsibilities have been met. There will be no compensation for additional practice time required. All coaches must confirm completion of Concussion Training and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training by emailing [email protected]. Assignment and termination of supplemental contracts are administrative prerogatives. Per the WPEA contract, page 52, Exhibit E, employees must give 60 days' notice of resignation from supplemental positions. This job description is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Requirements

• Completion of Concussion Training
• Completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
• Ability to provide regular updates to the Athletic Director and administrator(s)
• Ability to create and maintain a Weekly Athletic Practice Plan with student attendance and signatures
• Adherence to the 60-day notice of resignation policy for supplemental positions

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Athletic Director and administrator(s) via Weekly Athletic Practice Plan.
• Include a schedule of activities and the number of students who attend in the Weekly Athletic Practice Plan.
• Obtain signatures for each student attending per session in the Weekly Athletic Practice Plan.
• Ensure completion of Concussion Training and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training.
• Fulfill all responsibilities to ensure timely payment of the supplemental contract.
