About The Position

As an Indoor Lifeguard, you will oversee the safety of individuals using aquatic facilities. You will monitor activities, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Your vigilance and proactive approach will help maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as a lifeguard or in a similar role.
• Additional certifications in first aid or CPR.
• Familiarity with aquatic programming and activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all patrons at all times.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to promote a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
• Assist in organizing and leading aquatic programs and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all guests.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and lifeguard techniques.
