About The Position

Woodward Park City is seeking an enthusiastic Indoor Hub Coach with a focus on parkour and tumbling. This role involves helping guests build confidence, learn new skills, and progress in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for movement, enjoys working with children and guests of all ages, and is excited about helping others grow.

Requirements

  • Passion for parkour, tumbling, action sports, movement-based coaching, and working with guests of all ages.
  • Experience or strong interest in parkour, tumbling, gymnastics, trampoline, cheer, or related movement disciplines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with participants, parents, guests, supervisors, and teammates.
  • Comfort breaking down skills into safe, approachable progressions.
  • Comfort spotting and assisting participants through basic parkour and tumbling movements.
  • Dependable, honest, and able to demonstrate a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to meet Woodward Park City grooming and name tag standards.
  • Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in active indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to safely spot and assist participants through basic parkour and tumbling movements.
  • A criminal background check will be conducted after the position is accepted.
  • Must follow all Woodward Park City policies, procedures, safety standards, and guest service expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Coach parkour, tumbling, and progression-based movement skills for beginners through advanced participants.
  • Lead group lessons, private lessons, classes, camps, open sessions, and special events.
  • Break skills into clear, approachable steps that support confidence, body awareness, coordination, and safe progression.
  • Spot and assist participants on the spring floor, trampolines, parkour areas, foam pits, and other progression spaces as needed.
  • Create a positive guest experience by encouraging participants, answering questions, and communicating clearly with kids, parents, guests, supervisors, and teammates.
  • Promote and follow Woodward safety standards, facility rules, spotting expectations, and area-specific guidelines.
  • Support the full Indoor Hub experience when needed, including related action sports and progression areas.
  • Help keep training areas clean, safe, and ready for use.
