About The Position
As an Individualized Home Support Specialist (IHSS), you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs. Your schedule is adaptable, typically in the afternoons or evenings, allowing you to balance this role with your other obligations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 Years or Older
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, and Auto Insurance
- Ability to Pass Background Checks
- Maintain primary personal auto liability insurance meeting required CSL limits and provide proof upon request

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs.
- Engage clients in activities such as outdoor adventures, creative activities, community engagement, fitness & wellness, and technology assistance.
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and safety while supporting clients’ individual goals and preferences.
- Assist with daily living support, including routines, household tasks, and organization.
