We are seeking talented individuals to join a large, premier non-profit behavioral health organization that has served the community for over a century. Our culture fosters dynamic and diverse teams, professional development, collaboration, and innovation. This is a unique opportunity to work on a specialized team within our Navigate program, which provides early and effective treatment to individuals aged 15-40 experiencing their first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder. As one of approximately 50 sites nationwide offering this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model, our therapists are crucial in delivering individual therapy using the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) approach. This involves helping clients identify strengths, achieve personal goals, and develop resiliency skills. Services are community-based and can be provided in the office, at home, or in a neutral community location.
