Designed to provide early and effective treatment to individuals ages 15-40 who have experienced first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder, F&CS is one of about 50 sites throughout the U.S. that provides this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model treatment model. Therapists working on the Navigate team are responsible for providing individual therapy services for clients utilizing the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) to help clients identify their strengths, achieve personal goals, and learn resiliency skills. Services are community based and can be provided in the office, in the home, or a neutral community location. Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, provide direct individual therapy services producing optimal outcome to a designated population needing Navigate services. Services will be provided in one or more settings using Evidence Based Treatment (EBT) materials from the Navigate manuals. Services include but are not limited to: individual therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, assessment & diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and meet department direct service productivity standards.
