EECU is seeking an Indirect Service Representative to manage the entry and distribution of indirect loan packets to the funding team. This role involves collaborating with EECU’s Indirect dealerships to recover auxiliary cancellation products on charged-off auto loans. The representative will provide weekly status reports to dealerships, confirm accurate lien recording on all Indirect Auto Loans (averaging 1,500 lien perfections monthly), and collect documentation to ensure members are reimbursed for eligible pro-rated refunds per Texas SB1052 law. Additionally, the position is responsible for processing dealership drafts, ensuring front-line staff funded the correct amounts, and that monies were deposited into the proper GL. The role also involves verifying dealership lien holder registration and owner registration, providing monthly updates to the Accounting Department on the Draft GL report, and processing daily payoff checks (averaging 1,000+ transactions monthly). If payoff checks are insufficient, the incumbent must work with the dealership to resolve the issue. The representative will run daily Adverse Counteroffer notifications in TERES/SAIL software and provide backup assistance to Indirect Funders. A thorough knowledge of multiple software programs, including Symitar, Meridian Link, TERES/SAIL, TXDOT, eFunds, and OFAC, is required. The position also ensures compliance with all Federal and State rules and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Reg B, Reg Z, Service Members Civil Relief, FCRA/FACTA, Bank Bribery Act, and NCUA Privacy Regulations, and requires attendance at BSA training.
