Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior administrative or financial services support experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer- and dealer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • prior consumer lending or indirect auto lending experience preferred
  • Prior experience with loan origination systems or lending-related software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Indirect Auto Sales Reps with new indirect auto loan applications, ensuring all aspects of the application and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Receiving, reviewing, and compiling dealer-submitted loan documents, noting discrepancies, red flags, or missing information and following up as needed
  • Ensuring accurate loan data entry into loan origination systems and supporting proper credit decision documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between dealers, underwriting, funding, and sales officers to support efficient loan progression and issue resolution
  • Assisting with dealer communications including phone calls, emails, rate or process questions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Tracking loan pipeline activity and monitoring status to support service-level expectations and funding timelines
  • Supporting dealer onboarding and maintenance activities, including documentation, system setup, and process education
  • Assisting with post-underwriting follow-up, funding preparation, and final documentation review
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring loan files meet internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
