About The Position

As an Indirect Loan Processor, you play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive lending experience. You’ll work closely with our valued dealer partners and members to process and fund auto loan and lease applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of auto loan processing experience in a financial institution

Responsibilities

• Review loan and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with approvals
• Process and fund indirect auto loan and lease contracts in a timely manner
• Partner with dealerships and members to obtain missing information and provide updates
• Verify employment, income, and insurance coverage to ensure completeness
• Open new member accounts and confirm eligibility
• Accurately set up and maintain loan records within lending systems
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Accounting and Treasury, to process funding transactions
• Support branches and contact center teams with loan-related inquiries
• Prepare loan documentation for imaging and quality assurance review
• Resolve any identified exceptions in a timely and thorough manner
• Stay up to date on lending systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
