About The Position
Our Indirect Lending Funders eagerly assist underwriting personnel with quality assurance such as verification of income and document compliance for loans obtained through dealerships.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior financial experience preferred; either in the financial industry OR auto industry.
- Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Timely and meticulous attention to verbal and written communication.
- Devotion to earning and maintaining member trust.
- Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Process indirect loan applications.
- Verify accuracy of loan applications.
- Verify income information.
- Coordinate with underwriters.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
