About The Position

RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by providing a digital platform and fostering face-to-face relationships through independent sales partners. We supply the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics, while our sales partners build local trust to grow their business. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and expand their own local sales territory in the Greenville Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of items.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and persistence are key.
Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and execute your own sales strategy.
Must provide your own valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Must possess a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

Targeting independent retailers across the Greenville Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods.
Walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Prospecting new stores, building trust with owners, and managing client relationships.
Using a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
