About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for giant middleman distributors by providing a digital platform combined with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Detroit Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential with the support of our mobile app and extensive product catalog.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive and refusal to give up is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence in following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to operate independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Detroit Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independently owned businesses selling CPG goods).
- Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing client relationships.
- Using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts for continuous, high-volume re-orders.
