About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for large middleman distributors by combining a digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and grow their own local sales territory in the Cleveland Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential with the support of a mobile app and a vast product catalog. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, focusing on building relationships with decision-makers to drive sales and secure re-orders through our mobile app.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and refusal to give up is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must provide a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a local sales territory in the Cleveland Metro Area.
- Target independent retailers including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops.
- Conduct independent outreach by walking into stores and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospect new stores, build trust with owners, and manage client relationships.
- Use a mobile app to facilitate initial orders and manage accounts for continuous, high-volume re-orders.
